Job overviewThe Registered Manager will lead and manage the home ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the children and young people. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.The Registered Manager ensures that care plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, promotes their well-being and development, and fosters positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies. They are also accountable for managing safeguarding procedures, staff training, and promoting a culture of respect, safety, and empowerment within the home.The registered manager will be supported by an operations team who have over 60 years combined experience in children’s residential care.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the home to deliver high-quality care and support for children and young people.Oversee day-to-day operations, governance, and regulatory compliance.Develop and monitor individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs.Promote well-being, development, and positive relationships with families and external professionals.Manage safeguarding procedures and oversee staff training and supervision.Foster a culture of respect, safety, and empowerment within the home.Qualifications

Experience: being a deputy manager of a children''s home: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification: driving licence and access to a car (required)Benefits
