Lead services, mentor junior chefs, and uphold standards of speed, flavour, and presentation across dine-in, delivery, and takeaway.Key responsibilitiesRun the pass during peak service; set pace and standards for the lineTrain, coach, and onboard junior chefs to house standardsOversee daily prep, station checks, and service readinessMaintain food quality, presentation, and portion controlManage stock counts, ordering, and waste reductionEnsure HACCP, allergen management, and EHO complianceSupport rota planning, briefs/debriefs, and kitchen communicationAbout you
Proven experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens (CDP/Jnr Sous or above)Calm, organised, and reliable under pressureConfident leading the pass and developing othersStrong communicator and true team playerPassionate about sustainable sourcing and premium ingredientsEssentials
Right to work in the UKAvailability for 48 hours/week, typically 11am11pm on a rotaImmediate or short-notice start preferred
