: Full-time, primarily Monday to Friday, with evening shifts during busy periods and occasional weekends.About :We are currently working with a dynamic events company known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences at a variety of events. Our commitment to quality and creativity sets us apart, and we are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in producing outstanding dishes for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Menu Development: Design and create innovative menus tailored to diverse events, ensuring high culinary standards and seasonal ingredient useProduction Oversight: Manage all aspects of food production for events, including planning, preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.Quality Control: Support the head chef maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, conducting regular quality checks on all food offerings.Event Execution: Support the head chef execute events, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy periods.Experience required:Proven experience as a Sous chef or in a similar role within events catering or hotel and restaurant.Exceptional culinary skills, with a strong emphasis on high-quality production.Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple events simultaneously.A passion for food and creativity, with a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.
