ACR are working with a multi-award winning housebuilder who are on the lookout for a Site Manager to work on a new build housing project in Cambridge. Our client has an extensive pipeline of projects in London and the surronding areas and they are looking to secure someone on a temporary basis. As a Temporary Finishing Manager, you will support the Senior Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Your main responsibilities will be taking units from 1st, 2nd fix and finishing stages through to handover. What is required from you: Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
