Site Manager - Finishing - S/W London

Our client, are looking for a Finishing Manager for their RC frame multi-phase residential development in S/W London, this will be for 2/3 months.

The development

The development will be creating c800 apartments with three large blocks that will consist of 350 units over 3 cores. One of the cores is at level 1, the other 2 are in the ground with a large sub structure covering tube lines.

The position

Reporting into a Senior Site Manager, the primary responsibility will be to oversee the Internal finishing, from 2nd fix through to handover covering snagging/defects. Our client use Fieldview Software.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential finishing and have a proven track record overseeing internal packages on RC frame large scale multi-phase developments. It is also highly desirable that the candidate comes from a main contractor or developer background.
