Salary:

£24,000 per year .

Responsibilities

Assisting with debt recovery efforts by contacting debtors via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of debt recovery efforts and outcomes.

Working closely with other members of the debt recovery team to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.

Assisting with administrative tasks related to debt recovery, such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications

Prior experience in debt recovery or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
