Teaching Assistant

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students either in-class (Year 7) or on a 1:1 basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant, growing team committed to helping every student exceed expectations.

Role Details: 

• 27.5 hours/week - term time only 
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
• Salary £24,404 - £25,183 FTE; Actual starting salary £15,372
• Starting September for a fixed term contract 

We’re looking for Teaching Assistant''s who:

• Have experience working with children with SEND
• Understand how to adapt the curriculum to meet diverse needs
• Can offer flexibility, creativity and a positive outlook
• Have strong written and spoken English
• Work well as part of a team and build great relationships

Your role will include:

• Supporting students in class or in 1:1 settings
• Helping differentiate and adapt learning materials
• Monitoring and recording student progress
• Contributing to Education, Health & Care Plans where required
