Daily Rate: £90 – £140 (PAYE)

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a highly supportive and Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in the Bradford area. This is a full-time opportunity to start in September 2025, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.

As an SEN TA, you’ll be working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and thrive in a nurturing learning environment. You’ll collaborate with teachers and the wider school team to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive experiences for students.

• Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, or other learning needs.

• A compassionate, proactive, and adaptable approach.

• A strong understanding of safeguarding and classroom behaviour management.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• Based in Bradford, this school has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
