Enterprise Customer Value Engineer at Taktile. Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale, with the goal of becoming the world’s leading software provider for automated decision-making in the financial services industry.About The Role

Taktile is based in Berlin, London and New York City. The team includes engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with diverse backgrounds, backed by investors such as Y Combinator, Index Ventures, Tiger Global and notable angels. As an Enterprise Customer Value Engineer, you’ll work closely with enterprise customers to implement complex solutions and ensure they unlock maximum value from our platform. You’ll collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as external partners, to support customers throughout their lifecycle and drive strategic outcomes.What You’ll Do

Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale; coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time.Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations; become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it unlocks.Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build relationships with executive stakeholders and core user teams.Identify opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts; gather feedback to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with product and engineering teams.About You

Curious and Creative: love solving customer challenges and analyzing technical and business implications for customers and the Taktile platform.Clear Communicator: excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.Entrepreneurial: hands-on, proactive, and eager to shape both product and company; willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional solutions.Team Player: enjoy cross-functional work with Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.Experienced: 4–6 years in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS; demonstrated team leadership.Organized: comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.Technically Fluent: strong technical foundation; able to explain challenges and solutions to engineers and customers, especially in applied AI contexts.Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.What You’ll Do (Continued)

Experience implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context.Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.).Strong analytical skills with hands-on mentality.Knowledge of APIs and basics of Python and SQL.Our Offer
