In a nutshell, you''ll lead a dedicated and motivated team ensuring there is a unified approach to delivering exceptional customer service as well as ensuring the team delivers all tasks on a timely and accurate basis and in line with the service level agreement. You''ll create, maintain and continuously review all processes and procedure to ensure they are fit for purpose to facilitate accurate and controlled processing of all rent payment activities. Effectively resource plan to ensure that all team responsibilities are covered and service level agreement timescales are maintained, where necessary implement contingency plans to maximise service delivery and maintain standards.
