About the Job This is a newly created role, where you will develop the organisation''s recruitment function. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee the end-to-end hiring process for both academic and professional services roles while supporting leaders with strategic workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives. This role also involves managing recruitment systems, maintaining safeguarding compliance, and improving recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
