As Account Manager you will use your Commercial Insurance market knowledge and relationship management skills to liaise with our Client''s key Partners.You will have face-to-face relationships with some of their main Clients in the UK and accordingly you will be comfortable with spending time in London.You will lead the relationship with a portfolio of major Clients but will work closely with the team who work hard to provide the business critical information you discuss and use with Clients to grow the business and build the relationships.You will be comfortable working with senior Executives occasionally on contentious issues and also on critical business discussions.This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, spending time working at home and in the office.As Account Manager your main responsibilities will include:Providing high quality performance reports and discussing them with your ClientMeasuring performance against agreed service levels for all areas of their business activitiesDiscussing and maximising the business pipelineResolving any performance issues in a timely mannerTo be a successful Account Manager you will demonstrate:Commercial Insurance experience, sufficient to demonstrate your credibility on a range of business issuesExcellent verbal and communication skills and able to communicate well at senior levelsAttention to detail, strongly analytical, with high level focus on qualityProactive negotiation and influencing ..... full job details .....
