Pay: £14.00 + holiday pay = £15.69 or £18 umbrella per hourResponsibilities

Provide support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness.Conduct assessments, carry out support plans, deliver one-to-one sessions, and complete tasks on handover notes and ensure they are up to date.Assist with clients\'' care plans alongside key workers and other staff and shadow them to their appointments.May involve some light cleaning duties to ensure the hostel is meeting health and safety standards.Experience managing a caseload is essential.Qualifications/Experience

Experience in a similar role and ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage workload effectively and be proactive.Compassionate and empathetic with ability to build positive relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.Previous experience working with dual diagnosis is vital.Basic IT skills to complete handover notes.Note: Some clients may have pets (mostly dogs); all have had a risk assessment.Benefits/What we offer
