Plus, we’ll support you in reaching your aspirations and career goals, through comprehensive training and benefits.The role of Project Worker will include:Providing support to encourage our customers with mental health needs to maximise their own potential and independenceSupporting progress towards independence in managing positive mental healthOffering one-to-one support as requiredPromoting safety by undertaking risk assessments and reviewing customers’ needsRegularly assessing the needs of customers, writing, and updating support plansDeveloping professional relationships with customers, using appropriate and clear communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy and dignity is maintainedDelivery of small group activities to promote recovery and well-beingSkills and experiences:Previous experience of working with adults with mental health needsThe ability to relate and empathise with people with mental health issuesYou may have lived experience of using mental health services and will have the knowledge and understanding to support people in crisisAbility to work effectively in highly pressured situationsExperience with developing and maintaining accurate records and support plansBasic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communicationsNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards is desirableAre you ready to be your best?Brilliant work deserves brilliant benefits!
