Lead multi-disciplinary teams with vision, energy, and compassionEnsure care delivery is safe, empowering, and tailored to each person’s needsMaintain CQC registration and drive full compliance with care legislationOversee recruitment, staff development, and operational excellenceFoster positive partnerships with families, professionals, and local authoritiesAbout You:

Level 5 in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent)

Experience in supported living or adult social care management

Deep understanding of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding frameworks

Skilled communicator and team builder

Organised, emotionally intelligent, and committed to person-centred care
