Create a warm, structured, and supportive homeLead a team that’s dedicated to child-centred careEnsure compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding practicesShape care plans that meet each child’s unique needsYou’ll Need:

Level 5 Residential Child Care (or equivalent)

Experience managing a children’s home

In-depth knowledge of EBD and behaviour support

Leadership skills that bring out the best in others
