Are you a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? This client is expanding its team and seeking a Finance Assistant to support fundamental finance operations. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes across our subsidiaries.


Key Responsibilities✅ Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and handling queries 

✅ Bank & Cash Management – Managing cash books, bank reconciliations, and recording transactions 

✅ Month-End Support – Assisting with reconciliations, ledger postings, and expenditure tracking 

✅ General Finance Tasks – Credit assessments, financial analysis, and supporting audits

What We’re Looking For🔹 Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy finance role
  
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  
  
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
  
  

• Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce
  
  
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
