An urgent temp to perm Finance Assistant opportunity has arisen for a leading business based in Swindon. The role will be supporting their friendly accounts department with a range of accounts administration tasks.
Key duties of the position will include;
- Processing and inputting invoices on to the accounting system
- Liaising with suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries
- Setting up supplier payments
- Performing account reconciliations
- Managing the email query inbox
- Assisting with staff expenses
- Supporting the team with credit control and sales ledger activities
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
- Prior knowledge and experience of purchase ledger / accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and confident communications skills
- Able to work well within a team
- Competent IT skills
