Key Responsibilities: The Core of Care Delivery You will manage the flow of care from enquiry to delivery, encompassing resource management, staff support, and quality oversight. 1. Rota Management and Service Organisation Own the Rota: Organise and produce complex weekly staff rotas, ensuring they are completed, distributed on time, and cover all client needs, including holiday, sickness, and emergency calls. Stable Care Packages: Ensure Service Users benefit from regular care staff and are allocated key workers, building stability and trust. Data Integrity: Take responsibility for all data input related to your specified area, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and carer records. 2.
