Homecare Care Coordinator North Cheshire, Leigh and Warrington (WA3)Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumHours: Days - 37.5 hours - 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm Position Overview Are a Homecare Care Coordinator you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the delivery of homecare services to clients; the branch is currently already managing 1,100 hours with ambitious growth plans.You will act as the central point of contact between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, personalized care is provided in the home setting.
