Overview
Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a major highways infrastructure scheme in Oxfordshire. We are seeking an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in structures to take ownership of key structural packages across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of structural elements including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and reinforced concrete works

• Manage site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery

• Oversee temporary works and ensure compliance with design and engineering standards

• Drive programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

• Ensure works are delivered in line with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Liaise with design teams, clients, and key stakeholders to resolve technical challenges

• Manage RAMS, short-term programmes, and daily site operations

• Monitor progress, cost, and reporting in line with project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent delivering structures on major highways or heavy civils projects

• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, bridges, and structural works

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid

• Experience working under NEC contracts

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
