We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin person to join our dynamic client in Coalville. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Admin superstar to join their busy seasonal team. Acting as the Admin Manager’s right-hand person, you will be part of a very friendly team.  You’ll work independently, following clear instructions but also taking ownership of your own tasks. Some jobs may be repetitive, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the less glamorous side of admin - but you’ll also get the satisfaction of keeping everything running smoothly.

Rate of pay for the Admin person:

• £12.50 per hour
• Overtime paid after 48 hours (if required)
• Weekly pay

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm
• Hours may extend from 7am to 7pm with additional Saturday shifts on occasion

Responsibilities:

• Admin support
• Making up stock
• Scanning orders
• Labelling items
• Keeping things organised
• Expect plenty of practical hands-on tasks

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the English alphabet
• A great eye for detail
• Great dexterity
• Able to lift objects
• Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Be able to work as a team to make sure deadlines are met
