Location: Nuneaton

Salary: -25,396

As our Office Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where your efforts directly influence the efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To accurately and efficiently process sales orders
  • Printing of picking lists distribute to despatch department in a timely manner
  • Accurate daily filing of sales order paperwork
  • Timely running and processing of EDI system
  • Maintenance of EDI system, Such as customer acknowledgements
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Responsible for post
  • Support the sales team with general admin duties
  • To be diligent and professional in all dealings for the company and to bring any potential issues to the attention of the respective line manager

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Preferably educated to A level or equivalent
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Proactive work style
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills with Microsoft outlook and word adequate
  • Preferably a manufacturing background
