you will be the first point of contact upon member arrival and therefore will

be responsible for

ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and their guests. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognise the needs of our members.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:Previous

experience in a

Receptionist

role within a private members club or busy,

high profile, high quality

restaurantA genuine passion for creating an excellent member

experienceImpeccable appearance, an engaging

personality

and the ability to

remain calm at all

timesThe ability to

multi task

and effectively react to changing member needsBe a natural and confident communicator both face to face and on the

telephoneBe organised and motivated and see tasks through to

completionPossess an excellent command of the English

languageBe an excellent team player with good administration

skillsPrevious

experience of online reservation booking systems is highly

desirableA keen interest in the theatre, arts, current
