will include but are not limited to:To be totally guest focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach;To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained;To promote the company values and behaviours at all times.Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, in hospitality.A confident communicator with a guest-first mindsetSomeone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and time managementA problem-solver who takes initiativeFlexible with working hours, including weekends and bankholidaysSolid background in Opera Cloud is essentialThe ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
