Contract role, starting ASAPWe are currently seeking an

IT Support Engineer – Deployment Project

to support a major migration initiative at a secure site near Gloucester. This is a hands-on deployment role requiring experience with device refresh projects and supporting end-users onsite during early life support (ELS) phases.Key Responsibilities:Support device deployment and migration activities across the siteSet up and maintain the Refresh Clinic to facilitate hardware rolloutsAssist with the physical movement of devices between storage and clinic areasLog into systems using devices provided, following guidance from site engineersPerform laptop refresh tasks and handover of new equipment to usersUpdate workflow management systems accurately at each step of the migration processIdentify and escalate issues to the Site Manager or Post-Migration Technical Support teamConduct daily manual stock checks and report findings accordinglySecure and store devices safely at the end of each day in line with security proceduresRequirements:Active SC Clearance
