Slebech Park Estate is looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef as we move towards an exciting future. The Estate is set in some 750 acres in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, we have 20 bespoke bedrooms, 40 cover 2 Rosette restaurant with a small wedding and function trade. The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have a good eye for detail, be calm and studious under pressure, passionate on training team members, confident in the organisation of a effective and efficient kitchen operation. Great working conditions in area that offers a great quality of life. Live in is available on site.
