Purpose of the Production Team Leader Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Line Leader to manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards. Key Responsibilities for a Production Team Leader: Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets, acting as a role model for best practiceEnsure the final product meets client specifications (SPI) and effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basisEffectively use the integrated management system (Vision) ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company proceduresAdhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulationsEnsure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and externalLiaise with agency controllers on a day to day basis providing feedback regarding agency workersAttend team leader meetings and play an active part in continuous improvementAssist in the training and development of new ..... full job details .....
