Maintenance of IT InfrastructureResponsible for keeping key infrastructure components up-to-dateLead operator of software deployment systems to end-usersTechnical advisor of IT Infrastructure projectsInfrastructure/3rd line support engineer within the helpdesk functionPoint of escalation for Helpdesk teamAchieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfactionParticipate in planning and delivery of Infrastructure projectsUpdate and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and componentsGuide continuous improvement efforts for systems, especially reducing risk to the businessProvide out of hours support on a best-efforts basis in cases of disaster or serious issuesKnowledge, skills, experience
