is partnering with a

prestigious London-based investment bank

to find a motivated Corporate Lawyer to join their EMEA MandA Legal team on a six-month interim secondment starting October.If you are UK-qualified, have 3-6 years PQE, and experience in transactional MandA within a dynamic environment, this is your chance to work on high-profile deals in the heart of Canary Wharf.Location:

Onsite in London.Key Requirements

Qualified to practice law in the UK.Minimum 3-6 years PQE in MandA/Corporate law, ideally gained at a national/international law firm or top-tier investment bank.Proven experience drafting contracts, conducting contract reviews and analysis, and delivering concise summaries.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and client queries in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.Adaptable, with a willingness to apply skills to new and varied subject matter areas.Responsibilities

Draft, review, and analyse contracts and related transaction documentation, providing clear summary presentations and abstracts.Review, advise on, and negotiate MandA advisory-related documentation, including engagement letters and confidentiality agreements.Provide counsel on conflicts management and ensure compliance with internal policies.Represent the MandA Legal team at business review committees and valuation/fairness opinion committees.Collaborate with other Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Legal teams (e.g., Equity/Debt Capital Markets) and external counsel as required.Support business stakeholders across varying seniority levels on a wide range of legal matters.About Elevate
