We’re working with a leading FMCG company who are looking to bring on a mid-level corporate lawyer on a full-time basis for the next 7 months, during a period of change within the team.Responsibilities

Corporate Legal Advice: Providing UK corporate legal guidance across a range of internal transactions and governance mattersFinance and Treasury Support: Advising on intragroup funding, loans, and cross-border financial structuring, including dividend upstreams and cash repatriationStakeholder Engagement: Leading interactions with senior internal stakeholders, including Tax and Treasury teamsEntity Governance and Reorganisations: Supporting corporate secretarial work, reorganisations, and subsidiary-level MandA impactsHands-on Execution: Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring practical, business-oriented legal adviceSkills required

UK-qualified lawyer with strong corporate legal experienceBackground in areas outlined aboveExperience working in-house at a large global organisationAbility to work independently and engage with senior stakeholdersComfortable with complexity and ambiguity in cross-border transactionsIf this role could be of interest, we’d love to hear from you.
