Role Summary: Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system''s work ordersMonitor BMS for running and alarm conditionsAttend to A/C related clients'' problemsBuilding walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU''s and utilitiesInvestigate faults, identify causes and effect remediesPrepare accurate / timely reports as requiredEnsure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulationsAssist when and where required with installation worksParticipate in emergency call out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as requiredDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings their layouts, functions and complexitiesEstablish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers, Client ..... full job details .....
