SkilledUp Life is looking for dynamic Account Manager Volunteers to champion our startup customers’ success. You will become the trusted face of SkilledUp Life, helping founders and teams get the most value from our platform while building lasting connections. This is your chance to gain hands-on account management experience in a fast-growing global tech startup environment, all while making a real difference to the startups shaping tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of startup customers.

Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as their go-to partner.

Understand and anticipate customer needs, resolving issues proactively.

Educate and guide customers to maximize the value of SkilledUp Life’s services.

Spot and recommend opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Ideal Volunteer

Exceptional communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.

Highly organised, adaptable, and a problem-solver at heart.

Eager to learn the art of customer success and relationship management.

Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success is a bonus, but not essential.

Passionate about startups, tech innovation, and helping businesses grow.

Thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
