Winner Recruitment is seeking a proactive, results-driven

On-Site Account Manager

to join our Driving Division in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, thrives on client interaction, and has exceptional attention to detail. This role is based on-site with a key client and covers the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and compliance through to planning and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Advertise vacancies and proactively source and screen candidatesEnsure all drivers are fully compliant prior to their start dateMonitor and ensure adherence to Working Time Directive regulationsPlan and coordinate driver schedules in line with client requirementsLiaise closely with the transport team to fully understand operational needsDeliver exceptional service to maximise business opportunities, including strategic oversupply where appropriateConduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both client contacts and agency driversKeep workforce management systems accurate and up to date to maintain complianceAccurately complete and submit weekly timesheets to ensure timely and correct driver pay, minimising queries

What We''re Looking For

Experience within driving recruitment (preferred)Strong understanding of compliance and workforce planningExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsHigh level of organisation and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
