CAD Engineer We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Engineer to join our established manufacturing team in Tipton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in laser programming, setting, and operating to play a key role in a busy production environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for producing accurate CAD drawings and translating them into efficient laser programmes to support production. Working closely with the production and engineering teams, you will ensure components are manufactured to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings from customer specifications Programme, set, and operate laser cutting machines Optimise cutting programmes for efficiency and material utilisation Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process Liaise with production to resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Requirements Proven experience in a CAD Engineering role within a manufacturing environment Strong experience programming, setting, and operating laser machines Proficient in relevant CAD software Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamworking abilities What''s on Offer Competitive salary of £33,000-£36,000 (dependent on experience) Permanent, full-time position Opportunity to ..... full job details .....
