Deputy HR Manager

The ideal candidate must have professional background in EU employment law and will be assisting a local HR Manager with managing diverse workforce across multiple European countries in the following processes: Recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars Coordinating logistics for new hires Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiencyWe will welcome candidates who possess the following skills/knowledge: Proven experience of working as EU employment advisor within a globalorganization with diverse workforce Employment law degree/certification is mandatory MS Office skills Employee relations experience and current thorough knowledge of employmentlaw Being able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities Having excellent written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
