Deputy HR Manager

The ideal candidate must have professional background in EU employment law and will be assisting a local HR Manager with managing diverse workforce across multiple European countries in the following processes:
- Recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
- Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
- Coordinating logistics for new hires
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
- Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
We will welcome candidates who possess the following skills/knowledge:
- Proven experience of working as EU employment advisor within a global
organization with diverse workforce
- Employment law degree/certification is mandatory
- MS Office skills
- Employee relations experience and current thorough knowledge of employment
law
- Being able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
