This is a key frontline service undertaking timely assessments to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. You ll complete high-quality Child and Family Assessments, manage risk effectively, and develop clear plans that promote the safety and wellbeing of children. The role offers a supportive team culture, regular reflective supervision, and an environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. You ll be required to attend the office 3 days per week, with the flexibility of working remotely for the remainder. Key Responsibilities Undertake timely and comprehensive Child and Family Assessments. Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory requirements. Develop and implement plans that address children s needs and promote family stability. Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for conferences, reviews, and court proceedings. Maintain accurate records using Mosaic, Merton s case management system.
