Are you commercially minded with a passion for ornamental horticulture? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established horticultural supplier in a field-based sales role covering Kent and surrounding areas.This position would suit someone who understands the realities of ornamental production and retail, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and is motivated by delivering commercial results.About YouYou don''t need to tick every box, but you''ll ideally bring:A genuine interest in horticulture, particularly ornamental cropsA commercially focused, proactive, "can-do" attitudeStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGood organisation and time management abilitiesConfidence working independently in a sales environmentExperience in horticultural sales or the wider supply chain would be advantageous, though not essential. Knowledge of soft fruit or top fruit would be a bonus.
