With a growing presence in 15 countries, GOAT represents the largest group of gaming brands on the continent.To help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to own our CRM strategy across our English speaking markets, delivering second to none CRM marketing campaigns that help position our brands as the number one betting and casino products in their markets, whilst assuring a mentoring position for our 2 CRM Executives.What you’ll be doing day to day:Working alongside the Head of CRM to plan and execute revenue driving CRM marketing campaigns within your assigned countriesAssisting with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams within the time frameDesign and optimise automated onboarding, retention and reactivation campaigns across multiple channels (push, in-app, email, SMS)Executing, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms, suggesting, AB testing and implementing new strategies to improve campaign performanceMonitor country by country performance data and use this to devise ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer valueDevelop an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer value and lifecycle segmentsUse key data insights to help build new customer segments, ensuring customers get the right communication, at the right timeExplore ever improving software and AI capabilities to drive efficiency and deliver the best experience to our customers, at all timeBe responsible for the guidance, mentoring and development of two CRM Executives – working closely together to build out a high performing and agile teamWork alongside local teams and the Head of CRM to implement localized customer journeys from acquisition through to early life, retention and reactivation, maximizing PNL in your assigned countriesConduct competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of our competitors.- Data driven with a strong analytical mind to turn these insights into actions and resolutions- Have gambling/gaming industry experience (Sportsbook, casino and lotto)- Experience working with CRM platforms/Tools- Experience in forecasting and costing campaign impact- Experience in implementing CRM campaign automation- Experience in planning and executing end to end campaigns- Experience implementing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle- Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members- Able to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments- Quality project and time management skills- A challenging mindset, always on the lookout to better processes- Can-do attitude with an appetence to fast paced working environments- Ability to perform in a hybrid office/home working environment- Have a keen Interest in Sports, especially football- Undertaken competitor analysis and reporting previously- Experience in localization of content for foreign markets (preferably Africa)*** We operate on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week at our office on Fenchurch Street!
