This role offers a varied caseload involving both contentious and non-contentious matters, and it is an excellent opportunity for career progression.Day-to-day of the role:Advise on a full range of employment matters including tribunal claims, contracts, redundancy, disciplinary issues, settlement agreements, and restructures.Handle a strong mix of respondent and claimant work.Draft, review, and negotiate employment documentation.Provide corporate support on employment aspects of business sales/purchases.Actively contribute to the department''s growth through business development, networking, and maintaining excellent client relationships.Collaborate closely with colleagues across commercial, litigation, and corporate teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with 1-5+ years PQE in Employment Law.Confident in managing your own caseload with appropriate support.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial awareness.Motivated by career progression and contributing to a developing ..... full job details .....
