You will be working directly with the MD and a team of Employment lawyers and support staff. The Role Providing legal and practical advice related to employment law issues which may include HR Issues, grievance, disciplinary, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, harassment , corporate re-structing and TUPE Advising on both contentious and non- contentious employment issuesPossess up to date employment law knowledgeExperience of having handled litigation cases from conception to completionSolving employment law problems for both individuals and Businesses To ensure the firms procedures are followed when recording time and managing the billing process Develop and maintain relationships with clients and with other professional contactsDevelop new business opportunities and attracting new clients Writing articles for the website and publications Attending business networking events Skills and Experience NQ to 2 years Plus PQE in Employment law ,although candidates who fall outside will also be considered Excellent knowledge of Employment Law Possess the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levelsA passion for networking and growing the business You will be self-motivated , organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own ..... full job details .....
