NATS are looking for a Facilities Management Project Manager to join them on a contract basis at their site in Fareham.6 month initial contract.Due to the nature of the role applicants must be eligible to achieve MOD SC Clearance. 500- 550 p/d Umbrella, inside IR35.2-3 days per week onsite in Fareham.ResponsibilitiesTo effectively lead the delivery of programmes/projects and to support business activities within the Programme Delivery Division as per the Project Brief/Programme Blueprint, task managed by the relevant Head of Programmes or a delegated Programme Manager.Skills:Plan, budget, report, execute and deliver into service programmes/projects, ensuring that the programmes/projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required specification and preparing the affected staff and business areas for the new ways of working.Responsibility to support Programme Delivery Practice tasks when required.Ensure the maintenance of a high level of individual expertise and credibility through continuing professional development.Accountable to approve and authorise expenditure on internal and external capital and revenue to the limit of the Project and Programme budget for the projects within their span of control.Accountable for creation and letting of Work Packages, and the identification and agreement of project responsibilities (technical, operational, safety, quality and contractual) with all Work Package Managers.Accountable for making appropriate decisions in relation ..... full job details .....
