Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and advisors. Ensure procurement activities follow legal and ethical standards. Keep detailed records of all procurement activities. Person Specifications Must Have Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field. 5-7 years of experience in procurement or contracts management. Experience in procuring maintenance or technical services for housing authorities. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction management and industry practices. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Understanding of contract law and legal terms.
