Accounts Assistant

We are ideally situated near Windsor Castle, Legoland Windsor Resort, and Marlow, with Eton just five miles away.As our Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with accurate financial processing, reporting, and general administrative tasks. Assist with day-to-day accounts processing, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense claimsSupport month-end and year-end accounting proceduresMaintain accurate financial records and databasesReconcile accounts and resolve discrepanciesAssist with payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks as requiredLiaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth financial operationsRequirements:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance roleStrong numerical skills and attention to detailGood organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and reliable with a professional approachHours of Work:
