As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of BD and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – you’ll gain exposure to pitches, proposals, client communications, events, and legal directory submissions. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be an essential part of driving the firm’s growth and visibility.Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain marketing collateral, CVs, capability statements and deal summariesAssist with pitch and proposal preparation, including partner bios and credentialsSupport legal directory submissions (Chambers and Legal 500) – gathering content, tracking timelines and formatting templatesHelp coordinate client-facing events, from logistics to guest managementMaintain mailing lists, contact databases and BD trackersContribute to client targeting initiatives and relationship mappingAbout You

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in BD, ideally in a law firm, professional services, or financial servicesExceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projectsConfident communicator with strong writing, research and analytical skillsA collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentResilient, client-focused, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitudeWhat’s on Offer
