CNX are recruiting for-a high end, residential renovation and refurbishment contractor based in Edinburgh, who specialise in high-end-interior refurbishment projects in this sector.

They are looking for a highly motivated, time served Site Supervisor-to join the team on a 6 month contract, overseeing the full renovation of a residential property in south Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A time served joinery background with experience working in multi trade refurbishments.
• Supervisory experience and a willingness to work on, and off, the tools at times.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good leadership skills
• Experience of working with other trades
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
• A positive approach and appreciation of delivering excellent customer service
• Full clean drivers licence
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS
• SSSTS (essential)

This is a 6 month contract - Day rate will be -230 - -250 per shift, depending on experience and location.

Start date will be August.
