CNX are recruiting for a high end, residential renovation and refurbishment contractor based in Edinburgh, who specialise in high-end interior refurbishment projects in this sector. They are looking for a highly motivated, time served Site Supervisor to join the team on a 6 month contract, overseeing the full renovation of a residential property in south Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have: A time served joinery background with experience working in multi trade refurbishments. Supervisory experience and a willingness to work on, and off, the tools at times. Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Good leadership skills Experience of working with other trades Good computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel A positive approach and appreciation of delivering excellent customer service Full clean drivers licence First Aid at Work CSCS SSSTS (essential) This is a 6 month contract - Day rate will be 230 - 250 per shift, depending on experience and location.
