Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)£ Weandrsquo;re seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Radlett, providing tailored one-to-one support that helps pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, assisting their learning and personal development
• Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, and essential life skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping children succeed
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Dedicated to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
• A full driving licence is beneficial for travel between sites
