What you''ll be doing:

• Building your own client and candidate network within a specialist industry (Tech, IT, or Engineering in the UK or EU)
• Managing the full 360- recruitment process - from winning business to placing candidates
• Making sales calls, pitching roles, negotiating offers, and closing deals
• Working to clear KPIs and targets in a high-energy, competitive office
• Building strong relationships over the phone and in person

You''ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience working towards targets (sales, fundraising, sport, etc.)
